Baseline Setting for Steel Body Rear Shocks Drag Radial Cars
For radial cars we prefer the shock to be mounted so that there is 4" of extension from Ride Height and with a short and high instant center. The following adjustments are based with all sweeps or clicks starting from a full tight adjustment (clockwise) position. Start the rears set at 12 sweeps on the rebound adjustment and 10 clicks on the compression setting.
Baseline Setting for Steel Body Rear Shocks:
The following adjustments are based with all sweeps or clicks starting from a full tight adjustment (clockwise) position. All Rear shock baselines are with shock mounted so there is 2" of travel in either direction and an IC of about 46"-48" long and 6"-8" high. Extra long, short or low IC will not react the same.
